It’s official! I met with a Lovetown, USA representative at Justin’s Miracle Field and we are set to play a Miracle League baseball game on Friday, March 2nd at 6 pm for the Lovetown, USA film crew!! Please mark your calendar and join us for this once in a lifetime opportunity to show our support for our Miracle League players and their families!!

Here’s your chance to re-live your childhood and play the game that we all grew up loving one more time!

We will actually play on Justin’s Miracle Field!

100% of the proceeds will go directly to The Miracle League of Camden County to help finish the remaining projects at Justin’s Miracle Field! Justin’s Miracle Field provides the opportunity for children with disabilities, even those that use wheelchairs or walkers for mobility can play baseball.

Registration per 5 player team is $100.00.

Official “Major League Wiffle Ball” Rules will be followed. Only official Wiffle Balls and Bats will be used. All equipment will be provided!

We will also be offering concessions, music, announcement and scoring of each game!

Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 finishing teams.

Must be 18 years old or older to participate.

Based on the response and the amount of teams that we get signed up, we will offer practice times prior to the event.

Volunteers are needed also! We need officials, help with concessions, etc! Please email if you are interested in helping!

As a result of a very productive meeting today, we have scheduled all of our fund-raisers and have tentative dates for our Spring and Fall Seasons!  We are now accepting registration forms for players and volunteers for the Spring Season.  Please see the dates below and let us know if you would like to assist with any of the fund-raisers.

Spring Season – March 10th through May 19th.  There will be no game on April 7th or April 21st.

Fall Season – September 22nd through November 17th.

Saturday, March 17th at 4 pm – Zumbathon on Justin’s Miracle Field!  For a minimum donation of $5.00, you can join Fiesta Fitness on Justin’s Miracle Field!!

Wednesday, April 4th from 5-8 pm – Ops Night.  Come have dinner with us at Ops in St. Marys and 10% of the sales will be donated to Justin’s Miracle Field!

Saturday, April 7th at 8 am – 2nd Annual Bunny Hop 5K race in downtown St. Marys.  (Date is pending approval with the City of St. Marys)

Saturday, April 21st at 7 am – 3rd Annual Community Yard Sale!  Join us for the largest yard sale in Camden County!  We will start accepting donated yard sale items on Monday, January 23rd.

Saturday, June 30th at 4 pm – 2nd Annual City vs. City Softball Game at the CCHS Softball Field

Saturday, September 1st at 7 am – Kingsland Catfish Festival 5K race.

Friday, November 16th at 7 am – Coastal GA Firefighters 4th Annual Golf Tournament

Kim and Ronnie traveled to Kingsland, GA to participate in our Grand Opening Ceremony and first two games held on October 22nd, 2011.  Their support of our project has been overwhelming and we are extremely thankful to have met two of the nicest women in the world!  Their work through countless non-profit organizations truly makes a difference in countless lives!  We are proud to have you in our Miracle League Family!

On Saturday, November 12th, 2011, William Sylvester belted a line-drive home run over the center field fence at Justin’s Miracle Field!  We are very proud of William!

We pulled Bill’s winning ticket #537 during following our Grand Opening Ceremony on October 22nd, 2011. Following the great news, Bill and Kathleen returned to the field to have their picture taken and to collect their prize. To our surprise, they returned only to let us know that they wished to donate the golf cart back to us to raffle again! We were so surprised and thankful for their gesture! Thank you Bill and Kathleen!!
